Senator Massaley said the Latia School project which was nearing completion when the funds were disbursed consumed over 100-thousand US dollars.
He told Star Radio, a total of 97-thousand US dollars was also expended on the Gbah Public School which too was nearing completion prior to the disbursement.
According to Senator Massaley, the Tahn and Porkpah school building projects were also entangled in unbelievable expenditures that require forensic audits.
The Grand Cape Mount Caucus Chairman warned development funds will not be subjected to waste and abuse by few individuals to the detriment of the citizens.
Mr. Massaley said he would formally write the General Auditing Commission in the hope of commissioning an audit of the four projects.
He warned anyone found blameworthy, appropriate measures will be taken.
Meanwhile, Senator Abel Massaley says a formal complaint has been forwarded to Solicitor General Wilkins Wright over the death of a boy in Lofa Bridge.
The complaint followed the discovery of the mutilated body of little Varney Kromah which has so far resulted to the arrest of one suspect.
